Who This Agreement Covers
These Terms of Service apply to anyone who visits homepriderestorationandcleaning.com or contacts Home Pride Restoration and Cleaning to request an estimate, schedule service, or ask questions about our work. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms described here.
Service Area
Home Pride Restoration and Cleaning operates primarily throughout Utah County and the surrounding Wasatch Front region, based out of Saratoga Springs, UT. While we do our best to accommodate requests outside our core service area, we cannot guarantee availability for every location. If you’re unsure whether we serve your address, call us at (801) 995-2437 before scheduling.
Estimates and Work Authorization
Any estimate we provide — whether over the phone, by email, or in person — is an assessment based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Estimates are not binding contracts. Hidden damage (water migration behind walls, subfloor deterioration, concealed mold growth) is common in restoration work and may not be apparent until mitigation begins. The actual scope and cost of work is governed solely by the signed Work Authorization Form you receive before any service begins. Do not authorize work to proceed until you have reviewed and signed that document.
Payment Terms and Accepted Methods
Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your Work Authorization Form. We accept major credit cards, check, and ACH bank transfer. For insurance-covered losses, we work directly with your adjuster to document scope and submit documentation — but the policyholder remains responsible for any balance not covered by the carrier, including deductibles and any work outside the approved claim scope. We do not waive deductibles.
Insurance Coordination
We are experienced working alongside most major property insurance carriers and can communicate directly with your adjuster on your behalf — but only with your explicit written or verbal authorization. We do not make coverage determinations; those decisions rest with your insurer. Our documentation (moisture readings, photo logs, drying records) is prepared to meet carrier standards, but we cannot guarantee claim approval.
Scope of Work and Liability
Home Pride Restoration and Cleaning holds the licenses and certifications required to operate as a restoration contractor under Utah state regulations. Our liability is limited to the work described in the signed Work Authorization Form. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by delayed reporting of a loss, or issues that fall outside the agreed scope. Any changes to scope during a project must be documented in a written supplement before that additional work begins.
Dispute Resolution
If a concern arises about our work or billing, please contact us directly at [email protected] or (801) 995-2437 so we can work toward a resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the laws of the State of Utah, with venue in Utah County.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The current version will always be available at homepriderestorationandcleaning.com/terms. Continued use of our site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
