Our Commitment to Accessibility
Home Pride Restoration and Cleaning is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or display magnification. We believe that access to clear, accurate information about restoration services — especially during a stressful emergency — should never be blocked by a barrier on our end.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for digital accessibility. These guidelines cover a broad range of recommendations for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for users with disabilities.
What We’ve Done to Support Accessible Use
Our site is built with semantic HTML structure so that screen readers can navigate headings, links, and page regions in a logical order. Images include descriptive alternative text. Color contrast ratios are chosen to remain legible for users with low vision or color-vision differences. Interactive elements — including our contact form and phone link — are reachable and operable by keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
We test our pages against common assistive technology combinations and review our markup when content is updated. That said, we recognize that accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time checkbox.
Known Limitations
We are a small, locally owned contractor, and our site is maintained with limited resources. Some third-party content — such as embedded maps or external review widgets — may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, as those elements are outside our direct control. We note these gaps honestly and work to minimize their impact where we can.

If a fix requires more time, we will let you know and offer an accessible alternative in the meantime — whether that means reading content to you over the phone, emailing a plain-text version of a document, or scheduling an in-person estimate directly.
Ongoing Effort
We review this statement periodically and update it when meaningful changes are made to the site. Our goal is not perfection on paper — it’s a site that actually works for the people who need it. If something isn’t working for you, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
